GLSEN Bluegrass

About GLSEN Bluegrass

GLSEN Bluegrass services the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky, covering Fayette county including the city of Lexington, Scott County including the city of Georgetown, and Madison County including the cities of Berea and Richmond. The chapter focuses on Student Programs such as local GSA Support and networking and organizing around GLSEN’s Days of Action and Days of Support.

GLSEN Bluegrass is one of the newest chapters of GLSEN, accreditted as of February 2014. The chapter has already worked extensively with GSAs in the region, with plans to expand programming in the near future for LGBTQ+ students.
