Sandhills Pride

Sandhills PRIDE needs your support! Our mission is to support and advocate for LGBTQ+ individuals and our allies in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. In the last year, we have expanded our programs and our events, both online and in-person, to provide more safe spaces and educational opportunities in support of, and advocacy for, LGBTQ+ individuals and our allies. 

The last twelve months have been challenging for all of us in the LGBTQ+ community, but it has also strengthened our focus and our determination. As anti-LGBTQ+ bills are being presented at an alarming rate in state legislatures across the country, we are continuing our work to create more visibility and safety through our Safe Zone trainings, identity and discussion groups, free online workshops, and public events, such as our inaugural PRIDEFest held this year, and our Scholarship program that supports young high school advocates.  Help us do more in Moore county, and beyond.
