Kat’s fundraiser for OutFront Minnesota

In 2022, I took a career leap and stepped into leadership here at OutFront Minnesota. I’m proud of what my team and our community here in Minnesota have accomplished over the last two years by showing up with a united sense of purpose. 

We’ve advanced historic policy wins in partnership with our legislative champions - including establishing MN as a trans refuge, banning conversion “therapy,” updating parentage laws, and investing in community priorities. We’ve provided trainings to thousands across the state; helping teachers, service providers, faith communities, and workplaces advance cultures of inclusion. And we’ve shown up - at Prides, school board meetings, rallies, celebrations, and shared spaces of grief and healing.

And now as we find ourselves at a pivotal moment for LGBTQ+ rights in this country I am urging folks to step up and support organizations like ours.
