Support Our Fall Season at the Historic Wabasha Street Caves!
We're thrilled to announce our newest production AfterLife: The Experience – coming this fall to the captivating Wabasha Street Caves. The show touches on the timely themes of good, evil, and the human condition, with inspiration drawn from Plato’s Allegory of the Cave and Sartre’s No Exit.
Storytelling, movement, music, and mystery will envelope audience members as they’re guided through the AfterLife experience, unfolding before them within the dramatic spaces of a legendary Saint Paul landmark.
We’re working to raise $5000 to cover essential production costs and are reaching out to ask you to join us in bringing this vibrant new work to life. Your support provides invaluable opportunities for seasoned and aspiring theatre professionals to hone their skills, enhance their craft, and advance their artistic careers through this show. What is Sparkle Theatricals?
We are an adventurous, Minneapolis-based performance company that has been delighting audiences with original and surreal productions since 2015. We value originality, integrity, and fun. Our performances happen in unexpected spaces, like a one-bedroom apartment. We pay fair wages , we prioritize accessibility services, and we root all that we do in the spirit of collaboration.
Over the past 5+ years, Sparkle Theatricals has presented 11 original shows; employed 60 artists of various ages, races, backgrounds, and disciplines; engaged 2365 audience members ages 7 to 85; and raised over $40,000 in government grants, cash, and in-kind gifts from over 100 donors and sponsors across the nation.
